CT for research and materials science
BliXray supplies universities and research institutes with CT systems, scans and the shielding for their own X-ray set-ups. A CT volume shows the inner structure of a material sample in 3D and makes it measurable.

From the image to the number
Research needs values, not pictures. The volume data are segmented and evaluated, so that porosity, phase fractions or fibre orientation enter a model or a publication as measured quantities.
Systems and shielding for your own experiments
Nanofocus and microfocus CT cover small samples at high resolution; in-situ stages for load or temperature are set up on request. For self-built X-ray experiments, BliXray builds the safety cabinet around the set-up.
